The Small Business Leadership Conference is designed for established business owners who are ready to transition from working in their business to working on their business. It is a leadership-focused event designed to equip entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to lead successful businesses.

Learn how to develop systems, empower employees, delegate responsibilities, build accountability, and focus on strategy rather than day-to-day operations.

Discover how successful CEOs:

  • Lead instead of manage

  • Focus on vision and growth

  • Build teams that execute

  • Use metrics and quarterly reports to guide decision-making

  • Create businesses that thrive without their constant involvement

You’ll learn how to:

  • Delegate effectively

  • Build leadership within your team

  • Establish accountability systems

  • Use performance dashboards and quarterly reporting

  • Create a strategic plan for growth

  • Transition from manager to CEO

Success Story: Hub City Body Shop

The conference features four expert speakers, each presenting on a different business topic: Strategic Planning, Financials, Operations, and Marketing.

We encourage both morning and afternoon session attendees to join us for the Panel Discussion from 11 AM - 12 PM, where business experienced panelists will share additional insights and answer questions. Following the panel, enjoy lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM.

Registration is $25 per session or $30 for both sessions, making the full conference the best value. Guests who register for one session may attend two speaker presentations. To experience all four speakers, attendees must register for both the morning and afternoon sessions.

Whether you attend one session or the full conference, you'll gain practical insights, connect with fellow professionals, and leave inspired to lead and grow your business.

Because when leaders grow,
businesses grow.

This event is generously funded by The Helen Jones Foundation.
